Legal matters can feel opaque. We explain every document, every step, and every option in language that is straightforward and honest — so you always know where you stand.

Your interests, undivided

We work solely for you, not for insurers or fund managers. Our advice is shaped entirely around your situation and what a fair outcome looks like for you.

Measured pace, not rushed

We do not push you toward decisions before you feel ready. Every matter is handled at a considered pace, with time allowed for questions and reflection.

Local knowledge, regional reach

Based in Khon Kaen, we understand the local regulatory landscape and maintain working relationships with pension authorities across the region.

Fixed, transparent fees

Our service fees are stated clearly at the outset. No unexpected additions, no hidden costs. You know what you are committing to before you begin.

Attentive, personal service

Matters are not passed between departments. The counsel who reviews your case sees it through — so you build a working relationship grounded in trust and continuity.

Common Questions

Your questions, answered plainly

What does a Pension Position Assessment actually involve?

We review the documents you have — statements, correspondence from the pension provider, any formal notices — and produce a clear, written summary of your current position. We identify what is straightforward, what may need attention, and what options are open to you. The summary is written in plain English, not legal terms.

How long does a pension matter typically take to resolve?

It depends on the nature of the matter. A straightforward clarification following an Assessment may be resolved within a few weeks. Correspondence and negotiation cases generally run two to four months. Comprehensive case handling for involved or disputed matters can take longer, and we will give you an honest estimate at the outset.

Do I need to come to your office in Khon Kaen?

Many clients prefer to meet in person and we welcome that. However, much of our work can be conducted by phone, email, or secure document transfer if you are located elsewhere in Thailand. We will agree on the most practical arrangement for your situation at the start.

Are your fees fixed, or do they change as a case develops?

Our listed fees are fixed for each service. For the Comprehensive Case Handling service, where the scope can expand, we provide transparent cost updates before any additional work proceeds. Nothing happens without your agreement.

What information should I gather before contacting you?

Whatever you have to hand is a good start — pension statements, letters from your provider, any official notices you have received. Do not worry if your paperwork is incomplete. The first conversation is simply to understand your situation, and we can advise on what else may be needed.

Is what I tell you confidential?

Yes. All information shared with Burapha Counsel is treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. We do not share client details with third parties without your express consent.
